Welcome to the NCECA Tour and Shuttle online sign-up site managed and operated by Lew White Tours.  Your login to Lew White Tours is not necessarily the same as your NCECA website login.  If you do not currently have a login for Lew White Tours, you will be instructed to do so at the Lew White Tours website.

As you scroll through the daily tour and shuttle options, select and enter the number of tickets you want for each tour and shuttle.  The total amount will be calculated at the end of the tour and shuttle descriptions and then enter your credit card information to pay for these tickets.  By entering your email address a receipt will be sent to you.

All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges.

Tour and shuttle prices have been reduced this year in response to several comments regarding the high ticket cost in previous years.  This year is a "test" to see if lower ticket prices stimulate sales and make the tours and shuttles available to more Conference attendees.

The description of each tour and shuttle includes the ticket cost when purchased online (here) prior to the Conference and the price when tickets are purchased at the Conference.  Purchasing your tickets prior to the Conference can represent a 25% to 33% in savings.

Tickets purchased online (here) will be available for pickup at the "Tour and Shuttle Booth" in the Registration area in the Convention Center starting at 12:00n on Tuesday, March 18th.  (For those going on the Tuesday afternoon tour to Racine and Kenosha, the envelope with all your tickets will be available at the bus when you board for this tour.)

Timed Tours (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday)- Everyone boards the bus at the Convention Center at the same time and the group stays together during the entire tour.  At each stop a certain amount of time is allowed for the visit.  At the end of the visit, everyone re-boards the bus and travels to the next stop when scenario is repeated.

Continuous Shuttles (Wednesday and Thursday)-  Buses operate continuously with departures every 20 to 30 minutes from the Convention Center.  Board the bus and receive a wristband which is your "ticket" to re-board the bus at any stop on route.  At any of the stops on the route, people may hop off and visit the exhibition(s) knowing that every 20 to 30 minutes a bus will be available to hop on and ride to the next stop or return to the Convention Center.  The ticket allows the riders to hop off and hop on at each stop on route.  NOTE: A separate ticket is required for each route.

NOTE:  All tours depart from the Wells Street side of the Convention Center.  Before 5:00pm the drop-offs will be on Wells Street.  After 5:00pm the drop-off will be on 4th Street alongside the Convention Center.

Here is a summary of each tour and Shuttle route during the conference. Please refer to the NCECA Exhibition Guide for a detailed description of each exhibition.
